Chaperone policy
It is our policy for all patients to be offered a chaperone to be present during an examination. In the event of the surgery not being able to offer you a chaperone at that time, you will be given the option of re-booking for a new date.
Recording and social media usage from within the premises
The use and promotion of social media broadcasts and video recording by all service users/providers is strictly prohibited from within these premises in accordance with our social networking and data protection policies.
For any patients wishing to record consultations, you must obtain permission from the clinician prior to your consultation.
Recordings must not be taken in the waiting room or at reception.
