How to get medical help from your GP Practice

Throughout the Covid pandemic, Miriam Primary Care Group has provided ongoing service and access to our patients.

The practice is continuing to offer phone call for problems that may not require face to face consultations. We also have face to face available. Please call the surgery. Prebookable appointments are available up to 2 weeks in advance and on the day appointments are released at 8am.

Please be aware when the practice calls you it could show as ‘unknown caller’ or ‘no caller ID’.

We now have facility for online consultations – PATCHs. You can complete and submit an online form (below left), you will receive a response by the of the following working day, e.g., emails sent over the weekend will be dealt with on Monday or Tuesday.

Please note this facility should not be used for urgent medical problems.

We also have an app search for ‘Miriam Primary Care Group’ on your app store to download. You can request appointment through this. Aswell request repeat prescriptions and get information on other services.
