How to get medical help from your GP Practice

Throughout the Covid pandemic, Miriam Primary Care Group has provided ongoing service and access to our patients. To seek medical services, contact the practice as usual by telephone, email or in person. You can book an appointment for a telephone appointment with a doctor, nurse, physician associate or a paramedic. They will ring you to discuss your concerns in the first place. If a face to face consultation is necessary, they will book an appropriate appointment including home visit for housebound patients.

Please be aware when the practice calls you it could show as ‘unknown caller’ or ‘no caller ID’.

We also have the facility of Video consultations if you have a smart phone, again please call the practice to arrange.

We now have facility for online consultations – eConsult. You can complete and submit an online form (below left), you will receive a response by the of the following working day, e.g., emails sent over the weekend will be dealt with on Monday or Tuesday.

Please note this facility should not be used for urgent medical problems.
